Russia continues offensive operations using unmanned aerial vehicles, including Shahed drones, on Ukrainian territory. The latest attack was on Konotop, leaving 14 people injured and civilian and energy infrastructure severely damaged.
According to the military administration of Sumy region, Russian UAVs attacked residential neighborhoods, educational institutions and medical facilities. Emergency services are working on the ground, eliminating the consequences of the strikes and helping the victims.
“The Russians once again demonstrate their readiness to strike civilian infrastructure, which leads to an increase in the number of casualties among civilians,” the Sumyshchyna Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement. By morning, the number of casualties had reached 14 people.
